NBDC Launches “Marketing Anthropology Project”
The National Business & Disability Council at The Viscardi Center launched its “Marketing Anthropology Project” to guide companies in developing marketing strategies and tactics to reach people with disabilities, as well as creative messaging that will resonate with the disability community.

Books Sales to Benefit The Viscardi Center
Patrick Rummerfield, the first fully-functional person with quadriplegia in the history of medicine, chronicles his extraordinary journey in his book, “Green Bananas: The Patrick Rummerfield Story.” A portion of the book sales will be donated to The Viscardi Center.

NBDC Offers Federal Contractors Educational Programs
The National Business & Disability Council at The Viscardi Center is offering federal contractors briefings and educational programs to further educate them on the Section 503 rule change recently announced by the OFCCP requiring that 7% of their workforces be made up of people with disabilities.
Aspiring Artist at Henry Viscardi School
Tenzin S., a 12th-grader at the Henry Viscardi School at The Viscardi Center, an accredited Pre-K through grade 12 school for children with severe physical disabilities, joined some 70+ local artists taking part in the Adaptive Design Association’s Chairs For Humanity Celebration.
